Hi, I'm Saiful. I take software from a customer's problem to production.
I'm a based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The job, as I see it, is to sit as close to the people using the software as I can: in their calls, their data and their workflows. Then build the thing that actually fixes the problem, not just the one that was first described.
Right now I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Cefalo Bangladesh, working with client teams on their products. Before that I spent years at product companies and agencies, including ThemeXpert, Glostars, Digital Healthcare Solutions and Softnio, building everything from helpdesk software to healthcare tools. That mix taught me to move between frontend, backend and infrastructure as the problem needs.
How I work:
- Discovery first. Talk to the people who use it, read the data, find the real constraint.
- Ship early. A working version in front of users beats a perfect spec.
- Own it end to end. Frontend, APIs, databases, deployment, and what happens after launch.
- Leave it better. Docs, handover and tooling so the team can carry it forward without me.
The tools I reach for most are TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP and Laravel, and PostgreSQL, with AWS and DigitalOcean for hosting. Outside client work I build personal projects, small tools and contribute to open source. It keeps my skills sharp and gives me a place to try things before I bring them to a customer.
