I'm Saiful Alam, a forward deployed engineer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I embed with customer teams, learn how their work actually runs, and turn what I find into production software: frontend, backend and the infrastructure in between.
Day to day I'm a Senior Software Engineer atCefalo Bangladesh, working directly with client product teams. Eight years of shipping with React, Laravel and Node have taught me that the hard part is rarely the code. It's finding the real requirement, cutting scope to what matters, and staying until it's live and working.
